The Dept. of Edu is the world's longest known government 'educational' experiment on children, ever.

Education, if any part or parcel of government oversight, should be state level at highest. Local neighborhoods or municipal districts perhaps? I guess that would take actual participation from people and there are a lot of areas that could give a flying fuck. Like Detroit.
