He’s right if you think about it. It shouldn’t be a court issue, because the CDC doesn’t have legal authority to issue edicts which are enforced by law enforcement..and yet, they did. So it’s now a court issue because legal remedy is necessary to put these authoritarians in their place. It’s like saying I shouldn’t have had to shoot the guy who broke into my house in the middle of the night and threatened to kill my family..I shouldn’t have, that’s true. But I had to because I was forced into that position.
