This is how you do it. Create a bill and send it through the Legislature for approval. All legal like. If you are a democrat pushing an agenda you try to push "mandates" on the public which is illegal.

On another note, how much and for how long has Disney been covering up child abuse / human trafficking? Does DeSantis have something else perculating behind the scenes?

They are basically a city/county government. They issue themselves building permits, run the utilities, etc... and pay most of their property taxes to themselves.
