Not a single specific example of what she's talking about is mentioned. How is it different?

Article is a very large useless fluff piece.

You tell me that the MSM is lying (we know they are) but don't mention even a single piece of evidence where the MSM is lying about the specifics in Donetsk? How about mentioning "such and such street was reported as bombed by CNN at this date and time. Well, here I am, on that exact street, and it is intact and fine." That's basic journalism.

The fact that we can't even get that from this article is telling that there is no story, here.
