I am sure the lawsuit got dropped in exchange for more $billions and now will never resurface if Biden sends weapons.

Patriot, that is my suspicion also. I doubt it is weapons and that it is money. I posted a thread a while back that Billions of Dollars already in the Ukraine are already unaccounted for and they sent even more money despite this.
