It has been revealed that Twitter has deep connections with the DNC. So much so that Twitter is really just part of the DNC conglomerate. I think their only way out of this is to receive a higher offer from some DNC-aligned consortium like Soros-Gates. But they'll have to move fast since Elon seems to have blindsided them with this.

Twitter can't accept the buyout any more than the FBI could accept one. Twitter doesn't even control Twitter, the Feds do. Twitter is an FBI/deep state tool, nothing more.

If they deny and twitter stock tanks, Elon sets to make a lot by selling his stake.

How? If twitter stock tanks, then Elon has lost what he invested. On the other hand, if twitter stock does show signs of falling hard, then there will be panic selling, and Musk can buy a lot more. If the Deep State then decides twitter is "too big to fail" and bails them out, then anyone who bought the stocks for next to nothing will make a killing. If they all proxy their votes to Musk, then he becomes the deciding voice.
