You can't blame them. In a society that opposes Christianity, you will use every tool at your disposal to denigrate them and belittle their beliefs about God while you justify your rape of children as just another sexual preference on the wide, gender / sexual spectrum. They've been planning this for years. I was born and raised a Roman Catholic. Communion and Confirmation before the age of 13. The nuns in school were mean, wonderful, strict and way, way more intelligent than any Affirmative Action hire you'll find today. I'm older now. I don't believe in Santa Claus anymore. I had this book called "Your God is Too Small". I lost it. I always wanted to read it. I have no idea what it's about, but the title kind of sums it up. We never were. Now we're here. Soon we're gone. I can live with that.
