Yeah buddy. I only started taking my health and supplements really seriously 2 yrs ago at the beginning of this nonsense. High dose Vit C, D, A, K2, E, zinc, Fish oil, Quercetin, NAC, Glutathione, Magnesium, Melatonin and then a couple of herbals and liver cleaners etc. With some light regular exercise, completely cutting out fast food, processed goods, soy, sugar, a large amount of shit diary and changed to all home cooked meals, plenty filtered water and green tea, grass fed meats and butter and all other ingredients as organic as i can. Felt better in years - oh did i mention i dropped several bs joo-pharma medications thee doc had me on - which only actually made me feel worse and required other meds to combat the side effects - fck those assholes nothing buy drug pushers. Fck head could've had me just completely change my diet, drop sugar and caffeine drink more water than take 11 different pills 2-3 x a day.
