This is a re-post of information for those who may not have seen it:

A new study (actually a review of many studies) concludes that people with a Vitamin D3 blood level of greater than 50 ng/ML [25(OH)D3] have almost a ZERO risk of dying from COVID.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8541492/

How to Achieve Optimal D3 Levels

Historically, the level of Vitamin D3 recommended by the experts ranges from 400 IU to 2,000 IU a day, which falls far short of getting you to the 50 ng/ml level you need. This video explains why the "experts" are wrong (too low) and how to calibrate it for yourself. This doctor recommends 10,000 IUs a day for a healthy person. (Higher amounts may be needed if you have a compromised immune system, insulin resistance or genetic mutations.) It's a must watch.

This doctor says he targets 60 - 80 ng/ML blood level and once tested and determined a patient is low, prescribes 10,000 IU a day until the desired level is achieved, which will likely take weeks. Once achieved, the doctor adjusts the level to 4K-6K daily and retests to ensure optimal level is maintained. Watch here:

Unsure what level of supplements to take? The safest way to determine if you need to increase your Vitamin D3 intake is to get a simple blood test from your doctor (or you can order a home test online).

IMPORTANT: You need to add Vitamin K2 when taking high dose Vitamin D3 -- it prevents calcification in your arteries and soft tissue.

Note: Vitamin D3 is fat soluable so it's best to take it with a meal to ensure absorption

Get your ass out in the sun

[–] 1 pt

I failed to take vit k and ended up with sickening vertigo.

Not pleasant

[–] 0 pt

Really? Interesting. Because you were out in the sun and did not take vitamin K?

[–] 2 pts

10k of d3

I believe that it removed plaque from my inner ear that free floated and without k2 to bind them back to the bones the calcium crystals caused vertigo.

Plaque is meant to be a temporary patch until the cells behind it heal. But without d3 they remain and clog arteries etc.

When I contracted COVID, I took IVM and an obscene amount of D3.

Bonus: I discovered that D3 also does good things for my wiener!!!

I noticed the changes and then began researching..yep I was right.

So there’s no reason not to take a D3 supplement. Just be careful on dosages. D3 isn’t actually a vitamin, it turns out. Rather, it’s a hormone technically.

I take 5,000 I/u daily. 10,000 is probably ok, too. But I’d be careful going over that.

MS- Molecular Physiology.

Both Vitamin D, and Vitamin A really should be called Prohormones. High fructose corn syrup has been known for decades to delete vitamin D.

It's a little amazing how much bad nutrition the body can accommodate.

[–] 4 pts

And you know what else is amazing? The average doctor has no training in nutrition!

No money in it and bad diets are a fifth Gen warfare weapon

You can take 100000 with no side effects.

Hospitals dose this high as covid treatment

Yeah for a short amount of time, sure.

Spring had sprung. Take your shirts off and sling some iron under the sun.

This sounds faggotish. If it's masculinity then congrats but every gay pretends to be tough and do things that should be done in private but in public. Like weightlifting, moaning, riding a ridiculous bicycle or jogging in a speedo.

Moaning?

[–] 1 pt

Yeah it's the gay accent. They always try to moan in speech.

4000 IU recommended intake

10,000 IU personal intake.

For sure take test and see your level, you might not need anything. We started working on mine the end of 2019, I was @ 18... 5000iu a day, got me to 38. 10,000 a day got me to 68, 20,000 a day got me to 101. I was suppose to do blood test last week for doctors this Thursday...... But, I dont want to go, Iam not going..

[–] 0 pt

Agreed. Best to test to confirm levels.

You can circumvent your doctor and have a blood test done through lifeextension.com, it is super easy. Go to their website, choose the Vit D, 25-Hydroxy test, pay and then they will refer you to the nearest Lab Corp. You can request the results be emailed to you. I choose to keep my allopath/pharmapath out of the loop. My results were 98.7 ng/ml. I take 15,000 IU daily. If you are concerned about people shedding the spike protein on you and subsequent clotting in your vascular system, you can get a D-Dimer blood test through lifeextension too. This test measures your blood coagulation status. I just did that one, but haven't gotten the results back yet. If you have questions about your results Lifeextension has a toll free # you can call and discuss it with one of their docs.

Glad my wisdom & experience is helpful.

Anything over 10,000 is prescription only.

I've been taking 6000 a day, starting a year before the rona.

I'm very healthy, no meds or issues. Fauci in a video said he takes between 6000 and 8,000 a day.

[–] 0 pt

You don't need a prescription to take 2 x 5,000 iu a day.

Glad to hear it works for you!

;)

Valuable information. Thanks for reposting.
