If he presents clear evidence of this to a court, well. That's treason, plain and simple. And that means death, plain and simple. Here's what I can tell you in all confidence though. You will NEVER get HRC to stand in front of a judge for this or anything. In her more powerful days, just about anything could be made to happen to prevent that from happening. These days, I suspect she will take the medical way out, (even to the point of death if necessary) (remember, she has her daughter who will carry on the "legacy". That means she will have to go out without being brought to justice so there will always be plausible deniability.) But she may still have a couple tricks up her sleeve I certainly wouldn't want to be a material witness of any kind.
