Where is it posted? What is "Stone's website" that you mentioned - that got taken down? Is the content being reposted somewhere that won't get deleted? Anyone know where it can be found?

Victims (be it adults or children) can be blurred out to protect their identities - that would be the best approach, IMO. If people can't see that these are LITTLE KIDS that he's messing with, nobody is gonna believe it.

Pics of Hunter boinking prostitutes isn't gonna do anything besides embarrass him (at best) - he may even take pride in being such a 'ladies man' since he's such a sick puppy. Pics of Hunter molesting CHILDREN is what would trigger public outcry that will/should drive CRIMINAL charges (that 'the big guy' - Daddy Joe - will pardon him for, of course).
