Trump was in there and had all the power. He could have literally ordered the Marines or the US Marshals to go over to the offices of these people and arrest them. He had the power to form grand juries on his own from the members of the public off the street and bring them inside and show them evidence of the case and have them indict all these people. Trump did none of that. He did none of it.
