He is a HW.
He helped me greatly with this back in early 2018 Article 4 sec 4 US Constitution the key word Guarantee ( i believe this to be the keystone ) Shall guarantee ... they have broken each one of these three clauses with We the People.
AND they did this knowingly during a war...
