I do not have that much trust in the Alex Jones show. I still remember him talking about how Obama will put us all in FEMA camps and a bunch of other stuff that never happened.
As such I suspect the actual number is lower.
That aside, Biontech was approved december 2020. It's officially recommend for pregnant women and has been for a while. The vaccine has been given to police and military in any civilized country. People with guns whom the politicians wouldn't want to piss off.
Chances are, the vaccine is safe for >99% of people.
