The bad-batches theory is based on the assumption that VAERS data is correct. There are whole hospital chains that ignore VAERS, their batches look "good". It makes no sense to vary the ingredients if you cannot track the people who got it, and if people can get the second and third shot from another source. Only the UK has complete databases of all their citizens and what batches they got.
