FOIA is not a lawsuit asserting liability of government and seeking money damages. But that's what Pelosi is afraid of in asserting a preliminary procedure to a lawsuit against the government that was not yet filed for government's tort liability. WTF Pelosi, tell us you're the wrongdoer without telling us you're the wrongdoer.

She may not be sued or held legally responsible for the heinous acts her cohorts did surrounding January 6, but if this evidence were to become public record she would be guilty in the eyes of the public. Even some of the normies might wake up. Unfortunately none of this will ever see the light of day. The DS will circle the wagons and protect itself. It’s all a show. No one will be held responsible and the little guys will ultimately pay the price. Our government and legal systems are completely compromised.
