I’ve read a few theories on how to reverse the damages but I’m not personally convinced any of them are effective again though who would I even tell

I think they're probably fucked, but the ones that wake up can likely mitigate the damage. Especially if they only took one or two of the poison gene therapy shots instead of 4+ like some of these zombies.

The thing is that the spike protein generation gets reverse transcribed to DNA, so the body can't really heal from the microclotting damage over time like it could if the poison gene therapy weren't altering DNA.
