Give niggers in the US conditional reparations, if they take the money, 100-300k, they must give up citizenship and all claims to it, for every nigger not born in america we save a million bucks so it is worth it.

We these reparations would bring in trillions of dollars of capital to africa and spur regional investment and the development of a middle class, it would do all that if niggers weren't retarded, in reality they'll collapse but we can use both narratives to make back the money we sent there and to exterminate the majority of niggers.

They pay our contractors to build new high end housing, schools, roads, infrastructure, we let other countries invest in all of this and industry and all we have to do is make sure china doesn't get the lion's share of contracts, we sell them food for a a few years and we covertly start a political movement akin to mugabe's that will drive out all foreign business, use our agents to shut down ports, both air and sea, and all roads to europe and the near east. Then we starve them out. Release a few bioweapons that are just third world diseases and pretend to advocate for their sovereignty by sanctioning anybody trying to fix things for them. Create some fertilizer shortages and grain shortages and presto niggers are eating each other. Claim somebody weaponized rabies and that it infected them all which led to political turmoil and cannibalism, call anybody who disagrees a racist for insinuating this behavior was in their nature and then send our troops to look for survivors and tender aid, in reality we give a shoot on sight order, we don't shoot children with guns, we give them vaccines to prevent this tragedy, those vaccines are going to sterilize them.
