Remember when Pigosi said we need to pass it without reading it.

Any bill should be 1 page not 3k.

Someone said we need to pass it to know what's in the bill.

Can’t read past the first few, Twitter is a total shithead and insists I login with a logon I don’t have.

why not propose a bill that limits the word count of bills?

The good reps have tried many times. There is a reason MTG is off all committees

have they? i mean i've seen rand paul complain about it countless times but i've never seen him propose such a bill and then publicly advertise who voted against it. because who would? it would be very revealing, there's no counter argument against it. if you can't read the bill because it's too long how can you properly vote on it.

So you don't know how the sausage is made. Basically if your "team" has 51% then you get to decide what makes it to a vote, and even then we often don't know who votes how.

Just as an example, Rand has introduced "read the bill" legislation and "audit the fed" type legislation many times, as has MTG, massie, and so on; they would never-ever let it go to a recorded vote.

At this point what difference does 1.5 trillion dollars make?
