Huh. Sure wouldn't want to be in the skin of the lone Patient Zero, who spread this all over this biosphere.

Which is the only biosphere in all of the billions of galaxies and their respective hundreds of billions of stars.

I don't think a lone virus person started this. I think they need bio-labs all over the planet to combat the Herd Immunity that naturally happens. Seems logical that by the time the virus got around the world (if it started from one place) the lethality of it would diminish. Not to mention some people are just immune to it and won't spread it.
