So back during 8 chan there was someone who posted and said that she was present when on a hollywood studio set that was locked down she witnessed O'Rourke taken to the back and men had anal sex with her until she blacked out. Then everyone freaked, moved her and contacted EMS.

It listed official cause of death as intestinal stenosis. If the 8 chan post is true, that would have been her cause of death.
