I doubt they're broadcasting from there at all. They have enough stock footage in their US-based offices and willing crisis actors on call to make up virtually any news story they want.
Show me a reporter holding up that day's newspaper while battles between Russians in uniform and Ukraines in uniform rage in the background. And not one that looks so obviously green-screened.

This is just as bad as any censorship. Fuck media in general especially CNN but they are pulling out because it's now a crime to go against "state approved thought". This is a problem.
