I have no problem with restricting the speech of people in the military, and I have no problem with restricting journalists during war time.
The real problem is what John Adams pointed out long ago, that our constitution is designed for a God fearing people, and it won't work otherwise. In other words, laws don't matter when the ones enforcing them are wicked.
