From reading the article, it sounds like the law only applies to Russian military people, and Russian journalists. I seriously doubt Putin would be stupid enough to jail foreign journalists. That would be the equivalent of declaring war on the various countries where the journalists came from. Putin knows the globalists are looking for excuses to ramp up the war and make it bigger.
