Another case of a young, seemingly healthy athlete who, based on available footage, did not appear suicidal (and, yes, I realize this is not always apparent) but reportedly dies of self-inflicted injury. Wouldn't surprise me if a jab that was voluntarily taken that ends up killing someone, is now technically considered "self-inflicted injury."
