Another case of a young, seemingly healthy athlete who, based on available footage, did not appear suicidal (and, yes, I realize this is not always apparent) but reportedly dies of self-inflicted injury. Wouldn't surprise me if a jab that was voluntarily taken that ends up killing someone, is now technically considered "self-inflicted injury." You?

Based on what I've seen of her, she was an amazing person both on and off the field and will, no doubt, be deeply missed. My prayers go out to her family and friends as they grieve her absence from their lives.

Yes, I admit her parents coming forward can't be ignored. So sad.

Agreed. There's something about her standing up for a teammate and getting in trouble with the school. Not sure what that is yet, but Standford is suspect in my mind anyway.

Yes - Stanford is suspect in my book as well (but that's probably bc PO funds several programs there.)
