this guy here isn't in jail by definition if he is able to return to work, they probably went and investigated it, found no proof, probably realized the girl made it up, they'll have the trial where it will be just a part of common law process where that will be shown clearly. She was probably mad she got a bad grade or something. Now I am just speculating of course, if there is proof like his dna on her, or text messages admitting it etc, I immediately change my view of this and want him not just not working but in jail. But I see no such proof in this story. It's just like Kavanaugh.
That's what the trial will determine. And the jury will decide. He may have posted bond.
I guess we will see. My first opinion I go to is innocent until proven guilty. I might go overboard on that but it's really my view and I know these are usually a lie. I'd say they should deny bail if they have a good amount of evidence for a violent thing which rape is, or a flight risk. So another thing I'd ask which isn't clear here is if it is a Soros owned prosecutor or judge making that decision. That would also effect my view.
