You can also find a few Twitch streams re-streaming webcams from Ukraine, and I find it interesting that this sort of infrastructure is still operational; internet, power, cell phones as you point out. There's light in many houses so there is probably also water (people present), etc etc.

So there must be a reason for the Russians to keep this infrastructure, I think.
