A guy with a flat tire can cause a 30 mile backup on the I-95 corridor anywhere around DC. I hope these guys shut down the entire grid for a year. If we get lucky, thousands of affirmative action government workers will be trapped in their cars when the temperature plummets below zero freezing them all to death.
