Brother, exactly, the Banks may have different names but all answer to the World Bank . You can follow the wars by those Countries who were not in the IMF.

Brother that is why my dad retired early .. that was 1982.. He was against the Fed and World Banks... BTW for the rest > My dad was manager of a local bank...
