Things like this (High value individuals/ Politicians/ Entertainment 'icons etc/ Corporate heads etc) can be classified under 'National security' if whatever it is, can be deemed to potentially cause severe disruption/ disorder etc to the security of Govt Authority, esp if it were to become public knowledge and thus create massive public outcry.
