Really seems like it is at face value. There should be an equally serious consequence for invoking emergency powers like he has with NO EMERGENCY other than a 100% peaceful protest by their own public. They don't even have any demands for anything. Just to LIFT THE MANDATES THEY MADE.

They need to start using bureaucratic tactics against them. Don't resign, but also don't follow the orders. And don't say no. Just delay, make excuses, make mistakes, bring the executive branch to a stand still. If you resign, they hand pick someone that will obey. If you pretend like you're trying to follow orders, but don't, they have to figure out what's happening first.

You sound like someone with experience in this. I've seen similar sentiments among disgruntled military members. Rather than quit, or give an easy excuse to discharge you.... give them excuses... from other people. "Oh no, Captain, I didn't get around to those particular duties because Private ShitBoot lost the equipment and I had to request more." Suddenly, you're not the problem- it's Private ShitBoot who will get chewed out. The shit rolls downhill, as we say.

They can't have a shitskin in charge when they attack the truckers and their families.

They can't have a name, or person, that what they're about to do can be blamed on.

The coming attacks on the protesters and their families needs to be done by faceless anonymous people. So that no one can be directly blamed. And without someone to place the blame directly on, there can't be any repercussion for what they're about to do.
