Emergency powers is not that same thing as Martial Law, as this Twatter account claimed would happen in an earlier tweet. Oversold and underdelivered. Sucks to be a cannuck who gets targeted by this abuse of office, but this is not the same thing as military control over people's movements, associations and daily business.
