Here's another Brain Surgeon saying basically the same thing. He's only seen injuries like this from a severe car/motorcycle accident or fall from great height.

I think there would have been other signs in the autopsy of a blood clot or stroke.

But this story doesn't add up for sure...

I guess one of his arteries had a 95% blockage.

Yep, I could tell he had heart issues before he died. Looking at his photos his head and neck were swollen. Sure sign of heart disease
