I haven't seen this any of the current articles, but it's a fact that Joffe was in it from the beginning of the BHO admin. He was part of the IT modernization initiative that created the government tech infrastructure. Most of the articles about it have been scrubbed. 100% - and think about Trump walking into the WH - all the installed tech was THEIR system - They had access to EVERYTHING. I think, but can't prove, that this was part of what Trump's early WH "renovations" were about. Remember that? When they were opening walls and such? Absolutely! This has been going on for far too long and in an extensive way. They felt invincible if they continued to put their corrupt dems in office to continue the scam. No way Brennan and Comey were not in on all of this. And remember the 702 NSA databases too -- they were spying on US citizens from all angles.
