A complaint has been filed in the United States of America on the 17th January 2022, at the Office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
This is not where you file a criminal complaint in Texas.

You could also send a letter to the foreman of the grand jury alleging a crime, and provide information about evidence you may have.
