What is the NICS Denial Notification Act of 2021 you may ask? A stupid law they’re trying to pass that’ll send police to do a criminal investigation on you if a gun purchase background check fails for some reason.
This wouldn’t be such a huge problem if 9 out of 10 background denials weren’t false positives.
So basically they want to treat Americans like criminals when their broken system with 90% failure rate denies you for trying to exercise a constitutional right?
