I was looking into buying a drone until I found out you need a phone and wifi to use it properly. They use GPS to communicate with the controller and wifi to send the camera view. You can only use them in wifi zones. I wanted to use it in places where there's no civilization/no wifi. The DS is trying to force us to depend competely on their surveillance infrastructure.
