I dont know this particular piece of equipment, but typically same model equipment is keyed alike for years at a time. Meaning if you knew the year and model of equipment, you can buy a key on ebay. Youd have to go through some extensive destructive work for a diesel mechanic not to be able to fix one of these in a few hours.
