Hypocrisy is not a crime, nor a defense. The judge couldn't give a shit about what Antifa did in the United States, OR OTTAWA.

Antifa, and their actions are completely irrelevant. Did anyone even file for an injunction on Antifa?

"Equal justice" laws have nothing to do with differences in litigating unrelated cases.
