There have been concerns = Fauxi has paid a lab to create something.

Depopulation and white sterilization is the goal. Whites are the only ones who can compete with the jews. Asians are great with replication of existing items but suck at new ideas (the creative ones were exterminated), while the blacks are more focused on destruction.

Blacks can't focus, there isn't any goal in mind for the majority of them, they are almost incapable of planning ahead but you are almost spot on with everything else stated.
