If Durham was a threat wouldn't they just wet works him?

For a while it was bill bar this bill bar that and nothing. Now it seems like Durham is the new flavor.

I don't think the corrupted system can or will really fix itself.

Durham is likely protected by US Marshalls. Not sure how much his investigation will truly uncover. From what we've seen, I understand the skepticism
