Didn't learn anything thrilling except it's given to dying residents who have a DNR (do not revive) via syringe driver, she works in a privately owned home as well so I'm not sure if it's more prevalent in NHS ran homes.
She's under no illusion it's legalised euthanasia but she's very nonchalant about it.
