"You agree to be bound by any transfer request that Wells Fargo receives and verifies following this security procedure, even if the transfer request was not authorized by you. "

Hacker ask for a transfer out of your account and you and only you are responsible for your loss. How many Hackers are actually working for Wells Fargo or the DS?

Already happened to me with Toronto Dominion.

Hacker stole just over $1000. TD tried to make out like it was my fault. They dragged their feet for months and told me nothing, thinking they could say I did some online commerce so it was my own fault for not using a secure means of transaction. I've never done online commerce in my life and only use their ATMs. I finally got my money back. They got hacked, not me.

EDIT: I immediately pulled out my $5000 in savings and only use them for government deposits.

I had a family member who got hacked and Sun Trust was determined to make it his fault. But he had to fly to Tokyo to make the purchase and fly back in 12 hours....from the East Coast, add 4 hours away from JFK and 10+ from Orlando. Anyone want to field why that is impossible? By the way he got his money back. All the banks do this shit.
