Intake 5mg every Night to sleep. Got vivid last week and it was just like a slight head cold. Maybe the melatonin helped.
Might I recommend utilizing red/near infrared light therapy 15-20 mins a day instead of taking exogenous melatonin. It’s better that your body is making adequate amounts of the hormone vs taking a supplement which can hinder your natural ability to produce it.
