Why not spend some time in the sun rather than take supplements?
Because it was 7 below zero today. Does everyone live in Florida?
There is studies and evidence to show some of the vaccines given in childhood disrupt vitamin d production in the body for life. It means you also sun burn when you shouldn’t and you grandparents who are the same color as you never needed sunscreen.
Can you link the studies? I would like to read them.
I will search my computer for them, I have them saved somewhere…
Motherfuckers. It wasn't until that school required jab that I started getting sunburn. I used to play all day without any sunscreen and just get a nice tan and have my hair become an even lighter shade of blond. Now I can get sunburn in the fucking winter in under 20 mins.
I used to get dark as fuck with ghost white hair until I was 6 or so (I have pics of me in Mexico). When I was 7, i burned all the time . 6 for me was first grade, I wonder how it corellates...
Welcome to my world. It’s shitty and makes you angry beyond belief doesn’t it.
Thanks for the comment. I'll look into this.
Interesting
Why not both
It was -19 below zero out yesterday.... Go for it
We don't get enough from the winter sun.
Was just going to say get a sunburn. I literally do this to treat ulcerative colitis. One sunburn provides about a week of no symptoms.
You need to quit all forms of industrial seed oils. Not only will your colitis prolly completely heal, but, you'l stop getting sunburns.
Seed Oils are Killing You (youtube.com), and also shortening your jaw, etc.
