I would say PTSD from wartime experiences was part of it. That's not "MK Ultra". TBI: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) happens when a sudden, external, physical assault damages the brain. It is one of the most common causes of disability and death in adults. Is a guy who ploughs his car into a group of people "MK Ultra" by your definition? How about someone who gets knocked over the head with a bottle? You need to be more specific about what you're talking about. I'm not willing to waste my time on discussing vague situations.
