There were tens of thousands of messages for almost 2 months since the second day after the election, being angry about the stolen election, making plans to storm the Capitol on Jan 6th. She could have taken her pick from any one of those mesesages. The security forces were notified and they did nothing and even said they didn't think it was a legitimate threat. The feds (multiple agencies) definitely knew stuff.
Better question is: since pretty much everyone and their dog knew this was happening, why did they wait to evacuate so long? Why did they ignore all the warnings?
My guess: it was to drum up the drama about this situation to make it seem much worse.
