I'm aware, doesn't make her less of a whore or make what she did right. If anything she very well may have entrapped him by lying about her age until it was already too late. Might have even had blackmail material against him to keep him from breaking it off.

So because he's an adult he must magically know her true age regardless of what lies she says and what false evidence she presents? And because she's legally a minor she shouldn't be held at all responsible even if she lied and caused all of it? The so called victims are often times even more at fault than the perpetrator in these statutory "rape" cases. Shit like this is why I'm afraid to even look for youthful women to bare my children as there is literally nothing that can be done to ensure that I'm not at risk of unknowingly committing a crime even if she presents ID.
