The girl shouldn’t have been sent back to him though, and they should’ve let her parents make medical decisions for her, since kids can’t consent to anything legally by themselves. If she can’t consent to sex how is consenting to a thing like abortion ok? That could’ve killed her. Not to mention give the parents a heads up so they can press charges on the creep.
